Loan Agreement for SME Factories at Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate

Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate (Rayong) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hemaraj Land And Development Plc, Thailand’s leading developer of industrial estates, utilities and property, recently signed a 255 million baht loan agreement with Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited to develop more SME factories for Rent and Sale at the Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate (Rayong).
