Hemaraj CEO Joins ASEAN Business Forum 2009 Panel

Mr. David Nardone (2nd left), President and CEO of Hemaraj Land And Development Plc. recently joined the Panel Discussion on the topic “Free Flow of Capital & Investment” at the ASEAN Business Forum 2009 organised by The Board of Trade of Thailand, in cooperation with Thailand Management Association, the Thai Institute of Directors and the International Chamber of Commerce Thailand. Mr. Nardone commented that ASEAN integration bringing about free flow of capital and investment will lead to several challenges. There needs to be a more seamless market access with harmonization of good classifications, removal of non-tariff measures, removal of local national policies like automotive, removal of barriers to trade, and clear duty procedures.
