WHA Group’s leader visits Nghe An Provincial People’s Committee

On the afternoon of January 17, Ms. Jareeporn Jarukornsakul, Chairman of the Executive Committee and Group CEO of WHA Corporation Public Company Limited, led WHA Group ‘s executives in an empowering visit to the Nghe An Provincial People’s Committee. Ms. Jareeporn expressed profound gratitude for the unwavering support from provincial leadership, departments, sectors, and Nghi Loc district authorities during more than 7 years of WHA's investment and development in Nghe An province. Chairman Nguyen Duc Trung, on behalf of the provincial leadership, delivered the narrative by highlighting Nghe An's maintained stability and growth in the socio-economic overview of 2023, with the province attracting over USD 1.6 million in FDI, ranking 8th nationwide. He acknowledged the results achieved by the WHA Group and expressed gratitude for the contributions of WHA Group to the province’s economic and social development, particularly in attracting investments over the past period.

“WHA’s success today was made possible thanks to the strong support from Nghe An Province authorities, from the leaders of PPC, to departments, district and commune levels” said Ms. Jareeporn Jarukornsakul.

WHA Group's Board of Directors has approved a decision to invest USD 1 billion in Vietnam soon, with the primary allocation earmarked for projects in Nghe An. Consequently, WHA hopes to maintain strong support and active collaboration from the provincial leadership of Nghe An.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Nguyen Duc Trung, emphasized Nghe An province's commitment always accompany and support WHA Group in successfully implementing projects in this area. The province also looks forward to continued investment capital from WHA Group soon and aiming to jointly achieve goals and development together.
