WHA Investor Club Hosts Successful the First Meeting in WHA Industrial Zone - Nghe An

Nghe An, Vietnam – June 27, 2024 – WHA Industrial Zone 1 (WHAIZ) in Nghe An celebrated a significant milestone today by successfully hosting its first WHA Investor Club Meeting. This event aligns perfectly with the WHA Investor Club's objectives, which include promoting and supporting investors through knowledge sharing, protecting their legitimate rights, and fostering a strong network for information exchange among members.

The meeting covered crucial topics including labor resources and demand, the labor recruitment situation in Nghe An, and the introduction of a new recruitment platform, Job Pool, specifically designed for WHAIZ - Nghe An customers.

Labor Resource & Demand

Ms. Doan Kim Oanh from the DNEZ Management Board provided a comprehensive overview of the current labor supply, demand, and recruitment situation in Nghe An province. Her insightful presentation highlighted the opportunities and challenges faced by investors in the region. Presentation slides have been made available for attendees.

WHA Made a Commitment to Recruitment Support

Ms. Anchalee Prasertchand, Vice President, WHA Industrial Development PLC. emphasized WHA’s dedication to supporting investors with their recruitment needs. She announced the Plan to establish a Human Resources (HR) Club to further assist investors in recruitment endeavors, aimed at facilitating recruitment efforts and updating labor demand. This club will consist of WHAIZ’s tenants and will hold in-person meetings.

WHAIZ – Nghe An Offline job fair in collaboration with the Management Board of DNEZ is set to enhance local recruitment efforts.

Job Pool Platform Launch

Additionally, WHA introduced the Job Pool on the WHA Vietnam website, a platform where investors can post job hiring and collect CVs. Companies that is interested in recruitment can submit their information to WHA for posting on this platform at WHA Vietnam Careers.
