WHAID Holds Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025, Approving Dividend Payment of 0.1030 Baht per Share

Bangkok, 11 April 2025 – Ms. Jareeporn Jarukornsakul, Chairman of the Board of Directors (Center), along with the Board of Directors and Executives of WHA Industrial Development Public Company Limited (WHAID), held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for 2025 electronically (E-AGM).

Shareholders approved an additional dividend payment of 0.1030 baht per share, representing an approximate total of 1,000 million baht. Consequently, the total dividend for the fiscal year 2024 amounts to 0.9376 baht per share, equivalent to around 9,100 million baht. The record date for shareholders eligible to receive dividends will be on 25 April 2025 at 12.00 p.m., and dividends will be paid out on 9 May 2025.
