FMC Corporation Lays Foundation Stone for New Factory in Hemaraj ESIE

FMC Corporation, a US-based chemical company serving agricultural, industrial, environmental and consumer markets, recently laid the foundation stone for its new world class microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) manufacturing facility. Situated on a 41-rai plot of land in Hemaraj Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate (Hemaraj ESIE), the fully-automated factory is expected to be operational in late 2014. This $100 million investment will enable FMC to meet growing demands and increase its customer base in the region.
