Kiriu Thailand Organizes Safety Ceremony at its New Factory in Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate (Rayong)

Japan-based Kiriu (Thailand) Co., Ltd. recently organized safety ceremony at its new factory set up on 33 Rai of land in the Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate (Rayong) developed by Hemaraj Land And Development Plc.

Kiriu Thailand, which has a registered capital of Baht 125 million, plans to manufacture brake rotors, drums and other automotive components. The production capacity of the new plant is 2,500 tons per month of castings and 250,000 units per month of machined brake rotors, drums, etc. The castings are supplied mainly to Siam Nissan in its first stage, and in future, the company also intends to supply for other auto manufacturers in Thailand.

Kiriu Thailand’s parent company, Kiriu Corporation, has its headquarters in Ashikaga-Shi, Japan. The new factory in Thailand is Kiriu’s sixth overseas production facility after Indonesia, USA, China and Korea, and Mexico.
