Thai Real Estate Broker Association Visits WHA Industrial Estates

A delegation from the Thai Real Estate Broker Association (TREBA) recently paid a visit to WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 1 (WHA ESIE 1) and Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate (Rayong) (ESIE) in Rayong province. The visitors expressed their interest in the factories present and their operations, the profile of WHA target customers, zone division and usable areas, highlights of the settlements, the sustainable management of WHA industrial estates, and environment protection. The visitors also toured the surrounding areas of both industrial estates covering a total area of over 18,000 rai. Known as the “Automotive Cluster of Thailand,” WHA ESIE 1 and ESIE are home to more than 5 leading car assembly plants.
