Groundbreaking Ceremony for WHA ESIE 5
The groundbreaking ceremony for WHA ESIE 5 was held in grand fashion, attended by senior executives from WHA Corporation and WHAID, along with distinguished guests from both the public and private sectors. The event underscored WHAID’s readiness to accommodate investors while reaffirming its role as a leader in industrial estate development in Thailand and the ASEAN region. Land preparation for the WHA ESIE 5 project began in early 2025, with operations expected to commence in early 2027.

- Strategic Location: Situated in the EEC in Rayong Province, with direct link to Highway No. 3191 and Highway No. 3143, connecting the estate to Map Ta Phut Port, U-Tapao International Airport, key supply chain networks and regional logistics networks, enhancing the import of raw materials and distribution of products while facilitating seamless export of goods to international markets.
- Target Industries: Automotive parts, electronics, solar PV modules, battery storage, and data centers.
- Utilities and Smart Solutions: The estate is supported by 22kV and 115kV power systems, water supply, natural gas, FTTX fiber-optic technology, energy-efficient Solar Streetlights, and an Online Monitoring security system.
