Welday Thailand Expands Manufacturing Footprint with Land Purchase and Building Lease in Rayong's WHA Industrial Zone

Rayong, Thailand - Welday (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a leading manufacturer of high-quality plumbing products made from PPSU, a high-performance engineering plastic known for its resistance to heat, chemicals, wear, and degradation, and PEX pipes specifically designed for potable water and water distribution systems for over 25 years, has announced a significant milestone by signing a land purchase agreement at WHA Rayong Industrial Land and a building lease agreement at Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate (Rayong) with WHA Industrial Development Plc. (WHAID). Driven by the strong relationship between Thailand and China, Thailand's reputation as a prime destination for global manufacturing, confidence in the Thai government's fair treatment of foreign investors, and a stable business environment, Welday Thailand has made the strategic decision to invest in this expansion. The company plans to commence production at its ready-built factory in early June 2021 and aims to inaugurate a new land factory by early 2026.
