Hemaraj Logistics Park 1 Launched

Strategically located on new highway 331 between Hemaraj Eastern Seaboard industrial estates and Laem Chabang Port, Hemaraj Logistics Park 1 comprises 280 rai and net sellable/rentable 220 rai with 129,000 square meters of warehouse for rent, offering high quality distribution warehousing for industry and third party logistic providers.

Hemaraj Logistics Park 1 sells initial 40% of 85 rai to anchor, Hi-Tech Nittsu (Thailand).

Bangkok, 16 June 2011. Hemaraj Land And Development Public Company Limited announced its continued expansion into its vertical related business with - Hemaraj Logistics Park 1 comprising high quality logistics distribution warehouse buildings at New Highway 331 Chonburi Province. Covering a land area of 280 rai, the location is strategic in being half way between Hemaraj Eastern Seaboard industrial estates and only 20 kilometers from Laem Chabang Deep Sea Port.

Hemaraj Logistics Park 1 offers distribution warehouses for rent with sizes ranging from 2,400 to 25,000 square meters with 9 meters in height and able to accommodate both container loading and light truck deliveries. The floor loading and quality will be built to achieve both highly safe forklift maneuvering and floor quality endurance. The initial units will be available in early 2012. The target market is third party logistic providers as well as end user customers who are in the automotive, electronics, consumer, building material, and other segments. As evidence of this initial demand, Hemaraj has today signed an agreement for the purchase of the initial 40% of the land area, with its first Hemaraj Logistics Park 1 customer Hi-Tech Nittsu (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Being Japan’s leading logistic service provider, Hi-Tech Nittsu will use the 85 rai land purchased to set up its additional logistic service facilities in Thailand citing Hemaraj Logistics Park 1’s strategic location in the Eastern Seaboard serving customers on industrial estates.
