Hemaraj No Flood Statement

With 29 provinces across Thailand now affected by floods, Hemaraj Land And Development Plc. (Hemaraj), though with no impact, has been closely and consistently monitoring the situation, especially in Saraburi and in Prachinburi.

Saraburi: While the situation in some areas of Saraburi remains of concern, we are still seeing normal water levels in canals within the vicinity of Hemaraj Saraburi Industrial Land (Hemaraj SIL), which sits 6 meters above the mean sea level behind the protection of an 8-meter-tall dike system and 3 canals. We will continue to monitor the rain and run-off levels in order to take any protective measures as required.

Prachinburi: Similarly, the Hemaraj Ready Built Factory Park 1 @ Hi-Tech Kabinburi has remained unaffected from the widespread flooding elsewhere in Prachinburi province. Hemaraj RBF Park 1@ Hi-Tech sits on elevated land that is 29 meters above the mean sea level, lending it natural protection from the inundation affecting low-lying, flood plains, or river bed areas.

Hemaraj RBF Park 1 is ready to occupy shortly while there is not any flood impact on the transportation to the Eastern Seaboard area and Laem Chabang Sea Port.

With large masses of water flowing southward from the northeast and northern regions, Hemaraj will continue to monitor and assess the situation in the aforementioned provinces as well as other industrial estates and logistics parks.
