Most of you may have known that WHA is Thailand's Leading Developer of Industrial Estates in Thailand and Vietnam. Today, we would like to introduce you one of our locations which is the largest industrial estate comprising an area of 9,688 rai (3,829 acres or 1,550 hectares).

ESIE was established in 1994 as the Automotive Cluster of Thailand. There are more than 336 customers, who have invested in excess of USD 8.7 Billion. Major automotive assembler and parts and components manufacturers are located in ESIE. 25 out of 50 world's top auto suppliers have production facilities in this cluster.

This estate equipped with high standard infrastructure and utilities and Free Zone with an area of 309 rai (122 acres or 45 hectares), providing companies that manufacture primarily for export with additional tax and duty privileges, similar to a customs bonded area. The area is under the supervision of the Customs Department of Thailand.
