Hemaraj and Datapro Ink MOU for One-Stop IT Solutions for Industrial Estates

Bangkok, 3 October 2006: Hemaraj Land And Development Plc, Thailand’s leading developer of industrial estates and property projects, recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to appoint Datapro Computer Systems Co., Ltd. (DCS) as its preferred IT partner. DCS will provide total information technology (IT) solutions and outsourcing services to interested factories in all industrial estates of Hemaraj. This agreement is part of Hemaraj’s attempt to facilitate non-core tasks of customers by providing various one-stop services.

Mr. David Nardone, President and CEO of Hemaraj Land And Development Plc. revealed, “Realizing that professional IT management plays a key role in enhancing production efficiency, Hemaraj joins hand with DCS to help customers maximize benefits from IT. Issues that factories usually come across include high investment for acquiring and maintaining professional IT standard, high security requirement, professional data back-up, limited resources of high-level IT expertise, IT staff retention, etc. But we are going to turn that around by offering our customers an option to outsource partial or all IT services to DCS”.

In August Hemaraj signed an MOU with TT&T for telecommunications infrastructure. Now with the addition of DCS to its alliance network, a complete loop of communications services is established for Hemaraj’s industrial estate customers.
