Hemaraj Expands Ready Built Factory Business Announces Hemaraj Ready Built Factory Park 1@Hi-Tech Kabin

Bangkok – 30 August 2012 : Hemaraj Land And Development Public Company Limited today signed a contract with Hi-Tech Kabin Logistics Corp., Ltd. to purchase land of 55 rai initially in Hi-Tech Kabin Industrial Park. The new expansion project is Hemaraj Ready-Built Factory Park 1 @ Hi-Tech Kabin. The project is the first step to expand factory rental business to serve customers in new location or outside Hemaraj’s existing industrial estates.  

David Nardone, President & CEO of Hemaraj disclosed “Due to the increasing demand for ready-built factories, Hemaraj has plan to expand our RBF business to serve a wider range of customers in larger industrial areas outside of our existing 6 industrial estates in Chonburi, Rayong and Saraburi provinces. Today’s land purchase of 55 rai is the initial business expansion plan in Prachinburi province.  

We plan to build 42,000 square meters of RBF over a period of 18 to 24 months to serve our expanding customers demand. Hi-Tech Kabin Industrial Park was chosen for location of our first RBF expansion project due to its strategic location. Situated on Km. 150 on highway 304, Tambol Ladtakhien, Kabin Buri district, Prachinburi Province, Hi-Tech Kabin IP is centrally located between Bangkok and the Northeastern Region of Thailand and can be easily accessed by ground, sea and air transportation. In addition, there has been increasing demand from investors in Kabin Buri for BOI promoted industrial zone 3.”
