Hemaraj appointed Asia Plus Securities Public Company Limited as lead underwriter of 10-Year Debentures

Dr.Kongkiat Opaswongkarn, the fourth right, Chief Executive Officer of Asia Plus Securities Plc., Mr. Sawasdi Horrungruang, the fourth left, the Founder and Chairman of the Executive Commitee of Hemaraj Land And Development Plc., Mr. David Nardone, the fifth left, President & CEO of Hemaraj Land And Development Plc., Ms. Pattama Horrungruang, the second right, Deputy Managing Director, together with top executives from Hemaraj, signed an agreement to appoint Asia Plus as the underwriter of Hemaraj debentures worth a total of Baht 2,500 million. The 10-year debentures will be offered with an interest rate of 5.75% which are opened for subscription during April 28-30, 2014
