Webasto Finalizes Built-to-Suit Warehouse Lease Agreement at WHA Mega Logistics Center Theparak Km. 21 to Expand Its Automotive Business in Thailand

Webasto, one of the 100 largest suppliers to the automotive sector worldwide with headquarters in Stockdorf near Munich (Germany), recently signed a 10-year lease agreement for a 13,083-sq.m. built-to-suit warehouse facility at WHA Mega Logistics Center Theparak Km. 21. The new site will enable Webasto to enhance its capacity to supply automotive roof systems to meet the increasing demand of customers in Thailand.

The WHA Mega Logistics Center Theparak Km. 21 project is a mixed-use and duty-free logistics center that provides built-to-suit warehouses and factories from 5,000 to 100,000 sq.m. to meet various needs of customers, including e-commerce businesses, product manufacturers, showrooms and training centers.
