Spiber (Thailand) Opens State-of-the-Art Production Base in WHA Industrial Estate

Spiber (Thailand) Ltd., a subsidiary of Spiber Inc, Japan’s leading biotechnology startup, recently held the grand opening ceremony for its new facility in Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate (Rayong). Using advanced technology, the plant is expected to be among the largest structural protein fermentation facilities in the world. In line with Spiber’s mission to help create a more sustainable society, the state-of-the-art facility will also serve as a base for research and development (R&D) and training center, to help improve production efficiency and reduce environmental impact to other plant of Spiber Group.
