The WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 2.1 or WHA ESIE 2.1 is the latest development from WHA Group in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC). The new Industrial Estate focuses on industries such as automotive, electronics, supporting industries, food processing and agriculture products, solar PV modules, and data centers.

WHA ESIE 2.1 covers an area of 569 Rai (236 Acres or 95 Hectares) and locates in Chonburi province. It is located north of WHA ESIE 2, only 3.6 km. or 5 minutes drive. The strategic location connects with Highway 331, providing excellent access to Leam Chabang Deep Sea Port which is only 43 kilometers away.

The estate is currently under development and will be ready by Q4/2024. WHA ESIE 2.1 is designed to offer an array of worldclass utilities and infrastructure to support industrial activities.
