Basic information of the bidding project:

1. Project location: This project is located at Plot D61, WHA ESIE1, Chonburi Province, Thailand.
2. Overview of the project site: The project site is rectangular in shape, with a length of approximately 457 meters from east to west and a width of approximately 196 meters from north to south. The entire plot covers an area of approximately 134.65 Mu, or 89,765 square meters. The elevation of the site is 109.6 meters.
3. Project construction content: This project covers the construction of a new comprehensive building, powder mill plant, RTP plant, alloy workshop, and supporting production buildings, with a total construction area of 34,632 square meters. The building structure is mainly steel structure, including civil engineering, installation, landscaping, decoration, and procurement of public auxiliary equipment.
