Location: 500/60 Moo 3 T.Tasit, A. Pluakdaeng,Rayong

Type of work: On Site – Rayong office

Requirements:

• Male Age 32-40 years old.
• Bachelor's degree of Engineering majored in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, higher in related fields.
• Experience in Engineering and Maintenance in managerial level require up 3 years and Background in automotive industry is preferred.
• Have management skill and able to plan and set KPI for maintenance function.
• Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
• Strong Robotic, Electrical automation / control system knowledge.
• Team Leader, able to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills

Job Description:

• Lead the maintenance team in and external maintenance providers in the safe, proactive and cost-efficient operation of the manufacturing facility. Assist Maintenance in performing tasks in a timely manner to support the efficient operations of the production process and maintain records to document processes and corrective action
• Plan and delegate maintenance tasks, based on priority of work and available staffing and skills (Goal will be to set up MMS system to help with this process)
• Ensure and guarantee the safety of Maintenance team personnel by wearing their Personal Protective Equipment
• Coordinate maintenance activity with production schedules and coordinate maintenance scheduling with external suppliers and contractors
• Coordinate outside contractor projects and manage maintenance budget and conduct cost analyses in conjunction with the TPM/PM

Requirements:

• Male Age 26 – 38 years old.
• Bachelor's degree of Engineering majored in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, higher in related fields.
• At least 6 years management experiences within automotive manufacturing process engineering and engineering departments.
• Strong leadership, problem solving and negotiate skills and good communication and interpersonal skills
• Cooperate and support experiences all of management systems in the company as TS16949 , ISO14001 project management etc.

Job Description:

• Create and management process engineer Road map
• Develop, justify and control the budget for its area of control
• To Improve and optimize processes for cost reduction, research, design, and develop processes to optimize productivity and workflow, increase yield, quality, and consistency.
• Create and develop new procedures and processes, create new line layout and set up production line to support new products.
• Collect data for analysis to uncover areas for improvements and innovation. (Manage continuous improvement activity.)
• Investigate and troubleshoot any problems that arise with processes, procedures, and operations.
• Implementation of the manufacturing processes, methods and equipment to meet product specification and customers’ requirements.
• Increase productivity through the support and leadership of people, processes, and technology.
• Clearly communicate ideas and findings to management and colleagues.
• Project investment for machine , tooling and equipment of new model and assistant the R&D Engineer Project team as Prototype machine trial run and work instruction for new machine
• Planning and preparation new tooling , Jig fixture to perform full day production run for product and process validation
• Support technical data documents PFMEA , Process flow chart, FDPR report ,Trial run report for PPAP submit.
